Always good to see an athlete staying someplace where he's happy, and it's even better when it's St. Louis. The Blues announced today that they've re-signed David Perron to a four-year deal that's worth $15.25 million over the course of the contract.
Agreed to a 4 year deal with the Blues. Couldn't be happier to be back in St Louis!!! Can't wait to start training camp in september :)))

Well then! Perron's contract will be paying him a decent bit, so he should be happy. Terms of the contract are such:
Perron will make $3 million in 2012-13, $3.5 million in 2013-14, $4.25 in 2014-15 and $4.5 million in 2015-16. #stlblues

Perron finished second on the team last year in goals despite missing 25 games. Is he worth the coin? Discuss in the comments, but I think this is one of those things where we're all pretty much universally ok with it.
