Tonight the St. Louis Blues comeback from a three 2 goal deficits to defeat the shitcago fuckhawks in a shootout. How did the Blues comeback against the former Stanley cup champions… Let’s recap this bitch and find out!

BLUES WIN!!! NANNY NANNY BOO BOO!!!

The game tonight was intense and fast paced with both teams playing an evenly matched style of play. The Hawks were coming off of a 7-2 win last night against Colorado in Chicago. In the first period the shitheads came out strong against the blue and yellow. They pushed hard and stayed on top of the Blues and held the momentum of play through out the first 20 minutes. Jaraslov Halak would make some very quick and precise saves to keep the Blues in the game. At 7:48 Patrick Sharp with the help of Marian Hossa and Jonathan Toews would split the defense of Jay Bouwmeester and Alex Peiterangelo to put the dicks from Chicago up 1-0. Halak would have no chance as Sharp broke away towards the Blues goal.

A minute after the goal Vladimir Tarasenko would take a bogus tripping penalty after PimpDaddyInHisHead Kris Versteeg lost an edge and fell over Senko’s skate. Andrew Shaw would take advantage of the power play and tip the puck past Halak at 9:55. Putting the Blues behind by 2 goals. The Blues struggled to get going and maintain any pressure on shitcago. Honestly at this point I was ready to throw things at the TV risking my relationship and the life of our beautiful smart TV. Irony would have it when Maxim Lapierre would be the savior my TV needed. At 14:04 Carlo Colaiacovo would fire the puck toward the Hawks net as Brenden Morrow and Lapierre would block Antti Raanta’s view and allow for a tip in the puck to cut the Hawks lead in half.

The Blues luck would end there and their resurgence would be matched by yet another Blackhawks goal. At 17:04 the Cabbie Assault perpetrator, Patrick Kane would put a wrist shot, 5 hole and in the back of the net to regain the Hawks 2 goal lead headed into the first intermission.

The Second Period would be a better start for the St. Louis Blues. The Blues would open up the period with a goaltender change to backup Brian Elliott. At 2:46 the royal crowned Prince William would lead the fight against the evil dreaded Blackhawks using ever bit of the force possible. Jaden Schwartz would get a very nice pass from Tarasenko from behind the net. He would take a shot from the slot and get the puck past Raanta, again cutting the Hawks lead in half.

5 minutes would pass and the Blues would put every ounce of pressure they could muster on the Chicago Blackhawks. Taking shot after shot and holding the play in the fuckhawks end for quite sometime. Young Dmitrij Jaskin would get his first NHL goal at 7:47. Tying the game 3-3. His celebration elated not only the blues fans in the building but the team itself.

The Blues would hold their pressure and maintain their style of play through out the period. No battle was not fought. Unfortunately the pressure and the lead wouldn't last the end of the period as the blackhawks would get a lucky break. At 17:46 Brandon Sadd would take the lead back into the fuckhawks hands. The Period would end with the Hawks up by one, 4-3. But new life was breathed into the skates of the St. Louis Blues.

The Third Period would kick off in a similar fashion to the second, this time, however it would be the Chicago Blackhawks scoring off the hop. At 1:06 Brian Elliott would let in the goal of the night that he would wish to have back at all costs. Brent Seabrook would take a shot from the left face-off circle and would get past Ells glove side as he slid in to make the glove save, but clearly missing the puck. The Hawks would go up by 2 for the third time of the night. Both teams would play evenly and aggressively. With the Blackhawks sitting back a bit and relying on their lead. Their mistake would cost them, as it has cost them quite a few times this season. At 16:09, Senko would put a beautiful wrist shot past Raanta get the Blues closer by one.

A minute passed and the blues would get a break after Niklas Hjalmarsson would be called for Holding against Brenden Morrow at 16:52. As Hjalmarsson would sit in the box he would watch the Blues tie the game back up yet again. At 17:26 Patrik Berglund would put a backhand past Raanta and tie the game up with minutes to spare.

The Game would take itself into overtime with the Blues and Hawks putting equal amounts of pressure and speed on the line to try and earn the extra point in the game. The four on four overtime would not be enough to settle the game and it would require extra minutes in the shootout. The shootout would go to 5 rounds with T.J. Oshie, Vladimir Tarasenko, and Kevin Shattenkirk scoring for the St. Louis Blues in the shootout taking the extra point for themselves as Patrick Kane, Marian Hossa, and Brandon Saad would miss.
