I believe that they determine this via huffing glue then tossing darts at a dartboard. It all seems so arbitrary, and there's really no reason to trust them now - the draft hasn't happened yet, and free agency looms. I'd hold off a little bit before plunking down any money; the Blues have moves to make.
Also, these odds are just wonky. I'm a little surprised Phoenix is so low, and the Wild(s) are so high on the list.
What do you guys think - is 12/1 far off, or is it jumping the gun?
