Wolves Upend Comets, 4-2

ROSEMONT, IL --- Ten former Chicago Wolves returned to the Allstate Arena with the Utica Comets on Tuesday morning, but the current Wolves did not give them a warm welcome. The Wolves topped the Comets 4-2 in front of 11,488 enthusiastic students at the School-Day Game to earn their 10th win in their last 11 home games.
The trio of right wing Ty Rattie (G, 2A), center Alexandre Bolduc (2A), and left wing Chris Porter (2G) combined for the first three goals to boost the Wolves over the Comets. Center Adam Cracknell added a tally late in the game as insurance.

Wolves Dealt Overtime Loss at Iowa

DES MOINES, IA --- The Chicago Wolves watched two leads evaporate as they dropped a 4-3 overtime decision Friday night to the Iowa Wild in a back-and-forth Midwest Division battle at Wells Fargo Arena.
Right wing Sebastian Wännström, defenseman Taylor Chorney, and right wing Adam Cracknell tallied for the Wolves (26-16-3-2) while goaltender Matt Climie (6-8-0) kicked out 18 of 22 shots.

PAW PRINTS: Allen spoke with NHL Live the other day, discussing the AHL All-Star Game to be played in St. John's this week, his time in St. Louis last season, and his time on "The Rock" in Newfoundland while in junior; here's the LINK to the video of the conversation ... Pacan nets game winner; K-Wings move into first place tie in North

Kalamazoo defeats Fort Wayne 3-2 in overtime
FORT WAYNE, IN --- For the second straight game the Kalamazoo Wings needed extra time to secure a victory. Kalamazoo rallied late in the third period to force overtime and went on to defeat the Fort Wayne Komets 3-2 Friday night at the Allen County Memorial Coliseum.

Kalamazoo defeats Toledo 5-4
KALAMAZOO, MI --- Finding their groove at the right time of the season, the Kalamazoo Wings defeated the Toledo Walleye 5-4 Saturday night at Wings Stadium during Van Andel Institute's Purple Community Night, presented by Lake Michigan Credit Union.
