2014 NHL Entry Draft: St. Louis Blues Select Dwyer Tschantz at 202nd Overall

With the 202nd pick in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft, the St. Louis Blues are pleased to select right wing Dwyer Tschantz of the Indiana Ice in the United States Hockey League.

Tschantz, a 6' 5, 209-pound native of Wilmington, Delaware, enjoyed a solid rookie season in the USHL with the Clark Cup champion Ice. With the suspension of the Ice franchise for the 2014-15 season, Tschantz was selected in the subsequent Dispersal Draft by the Sioux City (Iowa) Musketeers, and will skate there next season before moving on to Cornell University of the ECAC for 2015-16.
