So, what's the Carolina Hurricanes' head coach have to say about the Blues?
"They’re scary. I was watching a little bit of video today, and they’re playing well. They’re dialed in," head coach Bill Peters said after a Friday practice in Raleigh. "We had five goals from five different guys, and they had seven from seven. It’s a very deep and talented team that’s well-coached and organized. It will be a fun game."
You know, that is probably exactly what you don't want to hear your coach say before a game. At least he didn't point out that the Canes had five goals from five different guys against the Sabres, and the Blues had seven against the Sharks. There may be some sort of difference in competition there. I'm not sure.
This is your gameday thread. Comment like you mean it. If you're at the game, enjoy the balmy temps inside of Scottrade and stay warm outside. I heard it's going to be pretty chilly out.
