In case you missed it yesterday, Robby Fabbri is out for the forseeable future with a concussion. It came Saturday night in the Blues' loss to the Minnesota Wild, and the elbow that caused it? That came from former Blue Chris Porter.
This means, of course, that the lines will have to be jiggled a bit for tonight. How will that jiggling happen? We'll have to wait and see. The defense, however, may look a little different.

That could work. Brian Elliott back in net could also work, after Elliott's excellent performance opening night.
The Flames, like the Blues, are 1-1 on this young season. Last season, the Blues swept the Flames and outscored them 12-2; tonight would be a good chance to continue that streak.
This is your morning open thread. Bemoan the loss of Fabbri for right now, head over to Matchsticks and Gasoline and say hi, and check back later on for your Road Music with CCR. Puck drop tonight is at 8:00, so it won't conflict much with baseball. Either continue celebrating a win or drown your sorrows with us.
