National viewers may be sick of the Blues by the end of this week. Tonight's game on NBCSN begins at 7:30 Central, and should feature a hard-hitting, solid game of hockey between the Blues and the Los Angeles Kings. Tomorrow night, the Blues play the Blackhawks in a Rivalry Night game that is actually a real rivalry.

Both the Blues and Kings allow a minute number of goals a game, just a smidge over 2 for each team. Scoring wise, the Blues have the edge, with 2.73 goals a game (4th in the league) against the Kings' 2.36, which is good for 20th, but the Blues have the second worst power play in the league, converting at 10.5%. Don't expect that to change much tonight. The line-up is still a mixed up jumble of "whatever works," save for the top line of Alexander Steen, Jori Lehtera, and the returning Vladimir Tarasenko.

But hey, whatever works seems to be working pretty well.
