Tomorrow is the trade deadline, which is always a source of distraction for players, especially players on borderline teams or bad ones. Luckily the Blues are neither - despite their recent issues, they're still very good. They just seem to need help - so the big question hinges on whether or not the Blues need to add onto the defense or if they just wait for Kevin Shattenkirk to come back.

Chances are good that if someone gets shipped out, it's not a forward on the roster, so continuing the play that the team showed last night against Edmonton shouldn't be a huge problem. The team's playing a back-to-back, but they should be pretty resetd. Jake Allen would probably like to rebound from his 5-2 loss against the Habs last week, so hey, added motivation on top of no one wanting to get traded.
