With just ten games left to play in the 2014-15 AHL regular season, the Chicago Wolves currently sit in seventh place in the Western Conference, with two games in hand on eighth-place Hamilton and ninth-place Milwaukee.

This will be a critical week for the Wolves' playoff chances, as all three teams they face this week are jockeying for the last three playoff positions in the West right along with the Wolves. On Wednesday and Thursday, the Wolves take a two-day road swing into Ontario to face the Toronto Marlies and Hamilton Bulldogs before returning to the friendly confines of Allstate Arena for a Saturday tilt against the Texas Stars.

Chicago will still have two games in hand on Milwaukee by the end of the week, but their games in hand vs. Hamilton and Texas will be reduced to one.
