Wild At Blues Game Five Morning Open Thread: Dr. Jekyll And Mr. Hitch

So, who are we going to see tonight?

Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY Sports

I went ahead and scrounged up a video preview to tonight's game. Enjoy.

The Blues have two modes this postseason: "someone plug in the controller!" and "berzerker." Game two and game four were the latter, and boy, were they fun. Game one and game three were the former, and I won't lie, they were two of the least-inspired games that I have seen the Blues play all season. Motivation seems to be all over the place, but when coach Ken Hitchcock gets the regular lines together, things are fine. Hopefully the tinkering is done.

The Wild(s) may have to be ready to tinker in goal tonight if Devan Dubnyk's play Wednesday night wasn't a fluke.

This is your morning open thread. Check back later on for some Lighting the Lamp, your preview, your perfunctory GDT (someone tweet me at @hildymac if the troll returns for the 2,474th time), and anything elsle that the Blues throw at us over the course of the day. Head over to Hockey Wilderness to get an idea of what our foes for this round have to say about the matchup.
