Hockey isn't officially on the horizon until training camp and preseason starts, but the gradual release of schedules and ticket purchasing opportunities over the summer months are always nice reminders that the season is just around the corner.
Blues individual game tickets go on sale on August 20th, per the team. I realize that many of our readers are season ticket holders, or like purchasing the game packs, but for those of you who are not, a quick question/fan participation opportunity for you: which one single Blues game this season are you looking forward to the most and why?
For me, it's opening night, because I enjoy the Blues' annual "fresh start," and I also enjoy seeing how the team manages to either over-inflate or temper expectations, depending on the mood surrounding them. Please no more "everyone predicts we'll win the Cup this year!" opening montages, ok?
Also, Connor McDavid is in town and I would like to see him play.
Here's the Blues' schedule for a refresher. Their give-away schedule is also out, just in case that influences which games you go to. December 10th against the Flyers might be a fun one if you fancy a Chris Pronger bobblehead.
