Blues At Blackhawks Morning Open Thread: It's Televised! Sort Of.

New, comments

Tonight's Blues game will be the first one of the preseason that Blues fans can see on TV.

Kamil Krzaczynski-USA TODAY Sports

So far this preseason, unless you've been at Scottrade or listened to the Columbus Blue Jackets' radio feed, you haven't been able to truly evaluate how the preseason is going. You may have heard that the line of Alexander Steen, Paul Stastny, and Vladimir Tarasenko has looked phenomenal. You perhaps saw in the sports section that Brian Elliott already has a shutout under his belt. That Colton Paryako kid? He may be causing waves. He may not be. You don't know, because you haven't seen him play or heard his play called on the radio.

Tonight's game against the Blackhawks is different.

Huzzah! Is there any more good news?

Set your DVRs to 5:00 AM tomorrow to watch the outcome of a game you've already listened to on the radio.
