Blues Highlights:

After the 2-1 OT win last night, the Blues were right back at it tonight against the Colorado Avalanche, The Blues and Avs both were coming off wins heading into tonight. Picking up the action in the first period, not even two minutes into the game...Robby Fabbri finds the back of the net for his first goal of the year. Jaskin and Shattenkirk get the helpers on the play.

The Blues wouldn't be done in the first just yet. Jori Lehtera makes it 2-0 good guys after dammit Carl, (I mean..) Carl Gunnersson sets Jori up and the rest is history.

Just as you thought the Blues might run away with it...Colorado makes it 2-1. Thanks to Matt Douche, er, Duchene.

Towards the end of the second, the Blues make it 3-1 thanks to Schwartz, or Steen, or who cares...THEY SCORED MORE THAN TWO GOALS GUYS. (It was Schwartz's goal, but Steen and Shattenkirk get the assists)

The Blues weren't done just yet though. Scottie Upshall tallies another Blues goal with 2 minutes to go in the second. The fourth line has really been going the last game or so. It was nice to see them get rewarded tonight. Reaves and Brodziak get credit for the helpers on the play.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE. David Perron says hi depositing a snap shot past the Av's starting goaltender Semyon Varlamov. THE BLUES SCORED FIVE GOALS. I'm not even sure how to act, but it happened. Parayko and Shattenkirk get the assists on the play.

That would end up being the final tally. The Blues pick up the 5-1 win and get 4 out of 4 points on the back to back. The Blues next game is Wednesday against fuck Chicago the Blackhawks.
