The NHL has released their round one schedules for the Stanley Cup playoffs. The Blackhawks will visit the St. Louis Blues Wednesday night to begin their quest for a repeat Cup. Hopefully the Blues can put an end to that goal ASAP and make it out of the first round of the playoffs.
Here's the schedule - all times are Eastern:
Wednesday, April 13 9:30 p.m. Chicago at St. Louis NBCSN, SN360, TVA Sports
Friday, April 15 8 p.m. Chicago at St. Louis NBCSN, Sportsnet, TVA Sports
Sunday, April 17 3 p.m. St. Louis at Chicago NBC, Sportsnet, TVA Sports
Tuesday, April 19 9:30 p.m. St. Louis at Chicago NBCSN, Sportsnet, TVA Sports
*Thursday, April 21 TBD Chicago at St. Louis TBD
*Saturday, April 23 TBD St. Louis at Chicago TBD
*Monday, April 25 TBD Chicago at St. Louis TBD
The start times for Wednesday and next Tuesday are very late start times for a Central Division game; blame the national media and the Eastern Conference. At least both Chicago and St. Louis get hosed.
More dates will be released if they're needed.
