Here we are again, with an opportunity to watch the Blues close out a round at home. Just because it's game six instead of game seven doesn't mean that it won't be nerve wracking. It doesn't mean that we won't watch at least part of it through our fingers. It doesn't mean that it'll go perfectly.

But here's hoping that it goes well.

The first period Saturday afternoon was roughshod and slipshod for the Blues due to Hitch hitting puree on his line blender. Second period Blues looked better, because the normal lines were back. Funny how sticking with what works, well... works.

The Blues capitalized on shaky goaltending and some luck Saturday. Let's do that again.

This is your morning open thread. Check back later on for your Lighting the Lamp, a game preview, and your GDT. While you're waiting, head over to our friends at Defending Big D and see what their prognosis is for the Stars this evening.
