Blues Draft Evan Fitzpatrick 59th Overall

The Blues, a day after trading Brian Elliott to acquire the 59th pick in round two, have used that pick to select Evan Fitzpatrick of the Sherbrooke Phoenix (QMJHL). Fitzpatrick was Team Canada's goaltender on this year's U-18 squad.

Fitzpatrick was also rated by ISS as the top available North American goaltender in this year's draft.
