One Nation Classic Skills Competition Rosters Set

This Sunday, $10 to Blues for Kids will get you into Busch Stadium to watch the St. Louis Police Department take on the Fire Department in an outdoor game, Team Stillman vs. Team DeWitt, and a chance to see the Blues participate in a skills competition while wearing re-creations of the team’s prototype jersey.

The roster set-up for the skills competition has been released, and it sounds like a good time. From the Blues’ official site:

Team Pietrangelo: Jake Allen, Robert Bortuzzo, Jay Bouwmeester, Robby Fabbri, Carl Gunnarsson, Dmitrij Jaskin, Colton Parayko, Alex Pietrangelo, Kevin Shattenkirk, Vladimir Tarasenko, Scottie Upshall and Nail Yakupov.

Team Steen: Patrik Berglund, Kyle Brodziak, Joel Edmundson, Brad Hunt, Carter Hutton, Jori Lehtera, David Perron, Ryan Reaves, Jaden Schwartz, Paul Stastny and Alexander Steen.

Accuracy Shooting:

Matchup 1: Kevin Shattenkirk vs. Ryan Reaves

Matchup 2: Vladimir Tarasenko vs. David Perron

Matchup 3: Robby Fabbri vs. Jaden Schwartz

Hardest Shot (AKA Hey! It’s Nail Yakupov!):

Matchup 1: Patrik Berglund vs. Nail Yakupov

Matchup 2: Kyle Brodziak vs. Dmitrij Jaskin

Matchup 3: Brad Hunt vs. Colton Parayko

Relay Race:

There’s also a breakaway relay (Jake Allen will take a breakaway on Carter Hutton, and vice versa) and a three-on-three scrimmage game.

What event is probably the one we’re most looking forward to? Hardest shot, of course. We already know who’s going to win, but you can’t tell me that you’re not curious just how hard Colton Parakyo can shoot it.
