After a bounce-back game against the Oilers, the Blues head to Vancouver to wrap up their road trip.

It's easy to assume that travel around Western Canada is tiring. The Blues didn't even land in Vancouver until about 3:30 yesterday morning, so heaven knows what their jet lag is like.

If Thursday evening's game is an indication of how awake they are, let's just say it's encouraging.

Coming off of a 4-1 victory that saw Oskar Sundqvist blocking a shot (and necessitating a recall of Wade Megan, because no one wants an empty roster spot when someone took a 100 MPH shot to the leg), the Blues seem to have shaken off the brain farts that led to two rough back-to-back losses.

The Canucks aren't playing badly this season - they're firmly in the middle of the pack - but they've lost three out of their last four games and don't score very often. On the other side, the Blues are still leading the Western Conference and have a top line with 72 points total already on the young season.

It's a late start. Take a nap.

Let's do this. Let's Go Blues.
