Today we had in studio Adam Minnick from ProHockeyNews.com. And while he’s a Blackhawks fan at heart, he’s a good reporter with his pulse on the NHL. We were lucky to have him available during a busy week with the trade deadline approaching on Wednesday.
Segment 1: We broke down the game in Chicago last night, we gave Adam a hard time and we talked about the Patrik Berglund contract extension. We also had audio from after Blues practice on Saturday from Alex Steen and head coach Mike Yeo. We even talked a little Kevin Shattenkirk early.
Segment 2: Our very own Drunk Girl from the Game Time paper stopped by for some beers inspired by the Berglund extension. And then we talked more about the Shattenkirk situation more in depth before going over the first few NHL trades and what we expect might happen in the next couple days.
