Blues at Wild gameday thread: Best in the West

Somehow, the Wild are the best team in the Conference.

NHL: St. Louis Blues at Minnesota Wild Brad Rempel-USA TODAY Sports

The Minnesota Wild, under the coaching of Bruce Boudreau, are the best team in the Western Conference. This was the position that the Washington Capitals often found themselves in, shortly before a first or second round defeat in the playoffs.

Yet making the show’s something that is up in the air for the Blues, which is an uncomfortable place for a team that was two games away from the Stanley Cup Finals last year. The Wild stand in the way of a necessary two points; tonight’s going to be a challenge that the Blues need to find their way to being up for.

This is your Game Day thread. Comment like you’d like to close 1988 Brett Hull and get him on this roster.

Let’s do this. Let’s Go Blues.
