Blues at Wild game two gameday thread: Bortuzzo, Sanford in

The Blues need to generate shots on net if they want to return home with a 2-0 series lead.

So much for his blazing breakaway speed against Ryan Suter.

The Blues have an opportunity to return home to St. Louis on Sunday with a 2-0 series lead, but to pull it off they’re going to have to expect Jake Allen to be as solid as he was Wednesday night and for Devan Dubnyk to falter.

One of those two things is easier said than done, the other is dependent upon how worn out Allen was after blocking eleventy billion shots.

The Blues are also going to have to manage to convert on their power play, limit the Wilds’ SOG, and perhaps play some defense and offense in front of their goaltender. None of those need be a problem; the addition of Zach Sanford and Robert Bortuzzo should help there.

This is your playoff GameDay Thread. Comment like Jake Allen just made another save.

Let’s do this. Let’s Go Blues.
