The Blue extended five qualifying offers today; they also re-signed defenseman Wade Megan.
The Blues extended QOs to defensemen Colton Parayko and Petteri Lindbohm, forwards Magnus Paajarvi and new arrival Oskar Sundqvist, and goaltender Jordan Binnington. Now we wait for qualifying offer acceptance. Terms of the QOs have not been released, but I think that it’s safe to assume that it’s above the required 105% raise for players making under $1 million.
There is a name not on the list though:
Not surprising that #StlBlues didn't submit QO to Yakupov, who played in just 40 games this past year. Would've required $2.5 million offer.

The Nail Yakupov era in St. Louis is over. It’s unfortunate that he wasn’t able to start a new and more successful chapter of his career with the Blues, but hopefully the next team that takes a chance on him will guide him to some success, be that in the NHL or in the KHL.
