We all know that Vladimir Tarasenko is a treasure, that the Blues are fortunate to have him locked into a reasonable contract for a lengthy stretch of time, and that he’s the team’s current best hope for All Star Game representation.

Where does he rank in comparison to the rest of the league? Well, he’s in the top twenty. Where in the top twenty? You’ll have to tune into the NHL Network tonight:

Vladimir Tarasenko will be featured on NHL Network’s countdown series Top 20 Wings Right Now this Sunday, August 13 at 6:00 p.m. CT. On NHL Network’s first-ever countdown of the top forwards in the league last year, Tarasenko was ranked 12th, ahead of the Oilers’ center Connor McDavid and behind the Lightning’s center Steven Stamkos.

Top 20 Wings Right Now is part of a slate of countdown shows that NHL Network is producing throughout the 2017 offseason that ranks top players across the NHL. Viewers can share their thoughts on the countdown series on social media using #NHLTopPlayers

Has his standing improved? When you take the centers out of the mix, my money’s on yes. Tune in, see where he lands, and debate it here.
