Zach Sanford - Robert Thomas - David Perron

Pat Maroon - Ivan Barbashev - Oskar Sundqvist

Defensemen

Carl Gunnarsson - Alex Pietrangelo

Joel Edmundson - Jay Bouwmeester

Goalie

Jake Allen

Game Highlight which isn’t even a good one.

The Blackhawks were on the power play. For some reason other than every other Blues defenseman got hit by a truck at center ice, Jay Bouwmeester was on the penalty kill. And because all things Fun Bobby need to be fired into the sun this year, he kicked the puck into the net. Great.

Not only that, the Blues offense disappeared like every gallon of milk and loaf of bread in the immediate St. Louis area because in some GD timeline, that makes sense like no other foods exist. Blues shot it at the net 28 times (which if they’d have actually hit the net tonight...looking at you 55...it would have been a lot more.) Blackhawks managed only 19 shots on goal. Corey Crawford avoided a Rise Against concert long enough to notch the shut out. Blues head out to Vegas Friday night to crush your hopes and dreams again.

From Twitter because this will probably longer than the recap itself.

Not fucking great Bob. And tonight, they couldn’t even beat them.

Gotta find ways to win...YOU CAN START BY NOT PUTTING YOUR WORST DEFENSEMAN ON THE ICE ON A PK MIKE.

Player of the Game:

Tarasenko for losing his first tooth in the NHL(?)

Since I don’t say Fuck enough in these things...

Here’s a song to do it for me. It also pretty much sums up everything to this point
