Penguins at Blues GameDay Thread: Pietrangelo, Fabbri return

New, comments

The Blues get twice the returning players than fans expected tonight.

If ever there were a game that the Blues could use the return of Alex Pietrangelo and Robby Fabbri, one against the Pittsburgh Penguins would be it. And lo and behold, both are returning. Fabbri was expected; Pietrangelo was a pleasant gameday surprise. Petro has been out for almost a month, and coach Craig Berube had this to say about his return:

“It will be nice to have him back. He was missed when he was out of the lineup and he’s one of the guys that it’s hard to replace him. The guys did a good job while he was out.”

The Blues certainly have been doing better as of late. The return of two key players can only improve what they’ve been doing... right?

This is your GameDay Thread. Comment like you still think that Phil Kessel is a real American hero.

Let’s do this. Let’s Go Blues.
