Predators Highlights because the Blues didn’t show up for the second straight game:
The Blues were in Nashville this morning to take on the Predators. Well at least some part of them were. There were Blues players on the ice. The video of the Predators scoring their first goal proved that. After an iffy call on Gunnersson, the Predators were on the powerplay. Kyle Turris fed the puck to Colton Sissons who beat Jake Allen on the glove side. 1-0 bad guys.
Kevin Fiala makes it 2-0 on a two on one chance. Pietrangelo had the puck stripped from him in the corner. The Predators quickly move the puck up ice. Brayden Schenn and Bouwmeester are there, but neither of them do much to help out Jake Allen. Fiala buried the puck in the net.
The Blues gave up 16 shots on goal in the first period, while only firing off 9 themselves. Alright, the Blues went to the locker room and made some adjustments and they’re gonna come out balls to the wall in the second...Is what you had hoped would have happened, but it didn’t. In fact, it got worse. Scott Hartnell’s skate made it 3-0. The puck was just centered to the right place at the right time. It deflected right off of the skate and in.
Predators make it 4-0 on a breakway...WHILE THE BLUES WERE SUPPOSEDLY ON THE POWERPLAY. WHAT ARE YOU DOING PETRO?!?
Nothing went right for the Blues today. Oh wait, maybe when the game was over. Blues get shutout again and outshot 39-27. They went zero (ZERO) for five on the powerplay. They continue on the road Tuesday night in Minnesota.

Yep.
Brodziak: “I think there’s just a lot of guys who ... you just feel like you’re not sure what to do, what we need to do.” #stlblues

And then...
Yeo on Brodziak not knowing what to do comment: "Well, we’ll have to help him with that. We can’t sit around and hope that something magical is going to happen. We’ve put ourselves in a hole and we’ve got to get ourselves out of it right now." #stlblues

Is this...bad?

Player of the Game:
Nikita Soshnikov because honestly he looked like the only guy that gave two shits.
