Tonight is a deep contrast to last night’s light docket. On top of the Blues visiting the Golden Knights, the Avalanche are hosting Chicago (who beat the Jets last night) and the Ducks are hosting the Kings.
If the road teams win all of those games, the Blues’ playoff odds shoot up. According to Sports Club Stats, road wins would increase the Blues’ chances by 15.2%, raising the odds that they make the playoffs to almost 100% (for that night only, of course). The Blues still have a game in hand on the Ducks and Avalanche. The Avs are 5-4-1 in their last ten, the Ducks are 6-2-2, and the Blues are 8-2-0.
