With the Blues’ overtime loss last night in Vegas, they have points in their last seven games and are 8-1-1 in their last ten. What does that get them? The second wild card spot.

Chicago rolled over for the Avalanche last night to the tune of a 5-0 loss, but the Blues still have a game in hand.
The playoff picture is a little different today, but the Blues still have better odds than the Avalanche to make the postseason. They also still have better odds than the Ducks.

Sports Club Stats have last night’s loss coupled with Anaheim and Colorado’s wins dropping the Blues’ odds 5.1%. A loss to the Coyotes tonight (which has happened this season already) would drop their odds nearly 14%. A win raises them 8.2%. I’m sure we all know which is preferable.
