The Blues are getting named to their IIHF World Championship rosters earlier than usual this year, and that’s a boon for Team Canada. Mike Yeo will be a familiar face for them, since he’ll be behind the bench as an associate coach. Martin Brodeur is the team’s co-general manager.
Forwards Brayden Schenn and Jaden Schwartz will be attending the IIHF World Championship tournament on May 4th in Denmark. Accompanying the two linemates will be Vince Dunn, Colton Parayko, and Joel Edmundson.
The tournament runs from May 4th through May 20th. It’s not exactly Blues hockey, but I suppose Team Canada will be close enough.
