The Blues beat the Capitals once, can they do it again?

The getleman pictured in the photo above, Robert Thomas, will not be joining the Blues tonight. Neither will Tyler Bozak, and neither will Alexander Steen. Jordan Kyrou and Jordan Nolan have both been recalled from the San Antonio Rampage. Kyrou in particular has been having a hell of a season in the AHL, being named to the All-Star Team while potting 11 goals and 14 assists in 26 games. Kyrou will be in for Robby Fabbri and Nolan will be in for Mackenzie MacEachern.

Jake Allen is starting instead of the goalie that currently has gotten the Blues within five points of the West’s final playoff spot, Jordan Binnington. Allen was in net for the Blues 5-2 win over the Caps on January 2nd. Presumably Binnington will be starting tomorrow night against the Islanders
