Blues at Islanders GameDay Thread: Ride the streak

The Blues have three wins in a row and David Perron has a point in 11 straight games.

Don’t look now, but the Blues are somehow inching towards a playoff spot. Three wins in a row have them sitting just three points behind the Wild for the last wild card spot, and six points behind the Avalanche for the first.

Oh, no. We’ve hit our traditional moment of the hope that kills you, haven’t we?

The Blues have won six of their last seven road games and have a winning road record of 9-7-2. Maybe they can just spend the rest of the season on an extended road trip. The Blues play the Eastern Conference better than any team in the West to boot, so the team may wind up leaving New York tonight just a point out with a Wild loss.

Weird.

This is your GameDay Thread. Comment like you’re cautiously optimistic.

Let’s do this. Let’s Go Blues.
