Kings at Blues GameDay Thread: Time to build on Monday’s win

The Blues controlled the Avalanche. Can they handle the Kings?

Jaden Schwartz has a goal and four assists in his five game point streak. Vladimir Tarasenko has three goals and five assists in his last five games. The Blues didn’t play from behind on Monday night, and limited the Avs to 20 shots on goal.

The tide has been turned, or at least it’s starting to pull a U-turn. Have the Blues fixed their early season yips? The Kings look like they’ve fixed theirs. They defeated the Jets on Tuesday night in a gritty come from behind win. Jonathan Quick’s stopped 49 of his last 52 shots.

This isn’t going to be a cakewalk for the Blues, but if they perform like they did Monday, the Kings won’t stand a chance.
