Sidney Crosby is going to be out for a while after having surgery for sports hernia, and it’s discombobulated the Penguins’ lines. The Blues are going to be short five regulars for tonight’s game against the Penguins and no one seems concerned.
I mean, there’s still an undercurrent of “ok, no one else get hurt tonight” with every game, but somehow the Blues’ organizational depth is holding it together, the goaltending is getting better (Jake Allen was phenomenal last night), and everything is clicking.
The Blues have points in eight of their last ten games, lead the Central by five points, and lead the West by three. What hangover?
This is your GameDay Thread. Comment like you’re not even worried anymore.
Let’s do this. Let’s Go Blues.
