Many of you tonight will be at holiday parties, or sitting on the couch with some shrimp and pizza rolls, waiting for the ghost of Dick Clark’s New Years Rockin’ Eve to tell you that it’s midnight. You might watch tonight’s game, it might be on in the background somewhere.
It’s not the most important game of the year. It’s just the last. 2019 has been a spectacular emotional roller coaster for Blues fans, and it’s ending on the best note possible. Win or lose, the Blues have finished a year in which they won the Stanley Cup at the top of the Western Conference. There’s no signs of slowing down, and that’s something we all can be thankful for as this holiday season winds to a close.
