Blues at Jets Game Five GameDay Thread: Maroon, Binnington can’t do it all.

The Blues need to offer up some support to the guys who’re carrying them.

The Blues’ defense needs to tighten up, and they may be without shotblocker extraordinaire Robert Bortuzzo tonight. Bort sat out the skate this morning, and Carl Gunnarsson is trying to mentally prep to go in.

The upshot is, at least you’re inserting Gunnarsson and not some poor rookie child. The Blues should be fine. Where they won’t be fine is if they continue to keep playing like they haven’t gotten a good night’s sleep in a month. The team has looked gassed at least one period out of each of their games, and it’s let the Jets back into this thing.

Let’s show them the way out.

This is your GameDay Thread. Comment like you need to see that killer instinct.

Let’s do this. Let’s Go Blues.
