The Blues had an opportunity on Wednesday night to win, and to create a do or die situation for the Stars tonight. Instead, they allowed four unanswered goals and created their own problems out of frustration in a sloppy game four loss. Nothing less than a win tonight is what fans should expect. Just ask Ryan O’Reilly:
“That wasn’t the game we wanted, but it’s a best out of three now and we’re confident we’ll turn it around.”
Or Jordan Binnington:
“It’s playoff hockey. We’ll change our game up a little bit and see what happens.”
For some reason, I actually respect the self-awareness of this team more than that of Blues squads in the past who, in fact, did not turn it around when frustration sets in.
This is your GameDay Thread. Comment like you want to see what happens.
Let’s do this. Let’s Go Blues.
