I think that we all needed to see this reminder today:

Does that mean that a win is a sure-fire thing? Not necessarily, but it’s a good moment of zen for Blues fans. The Blues could handle a more zen-like performance tonight too - excessive penalties led to a loss. Six times in the box isn’t a good idea for a team playing a fast and young Canucks team; a 50% rate on the penalty kill is going to lose you a game.

Fix the penalties, fix the penalty kill, and go win a game.
