The Colorado Avalanche aren’t doing too well right now (you may have heard that they’re missing half of their top six), but the Blues? They’re fine.
Except for David Perron. Maybe. No one knows.
If Perron is healthy, these will more than likely be the lines that the team rolls tonight in Colorado. From stlouisblues.com:
Forwards
Saad - O’Reilly - Perron*
Kyrou - Schenn - Buchnevich
Neal - Thomas - Tarasenko
Neighbours - Bozak - Barbashev
Defense
Scandella - Parayko
Krug - Faulk
Walman - Bortuzzo
Goalie
Binnington
If Perron doesn’t play, Klim Kostin more than likely gets slotted in on the fourth line, and Ivan Barbashev moves up a bit. On forward, that’s some good depth. On the back end, it’s what we’re all used to. Here’s hoping some of Justin Faulk’s magic rubs off on Torey Krug. A bounceback year for Krug would go a long way to silence people who were disappointed by his first year with the team, much like it helped Faulk last season
