No one ever said that tonight’s win was going to be easy.
Tarasenko (lower body) and Krug (upper body) are both out tonight, per Berube. #stlblues

The Blues are up 4-1 in the season series, and have pressured the Wild regardless of who is in the lineup for the night. Losing Tarasenko and losing Krug is less than ideal, but if the team keeps up the effort that they’ve shown since they landed in Minnesota - and which carried over from back to back wins against Colorado - they should skate out of the great white north with two more points.
Two points, and a Vegas win over Arizona, would put the Blues up five over the Arizona Coyotes. That wouldn’t clinch a playoff spot, but it’s one step closer to not having to stress out about the possibility of the postseason.
After all, Klim Kostin is coming just in time for the stretch. Might as well get him into some playoff hockey for his second league. The possibility of two different cups in one year should be a good motivator for him.
This is your GameDay Thread. Comment like you want some more sweet Ryan O’Reilly backhanded goals.
Let’s do this. Let’s Go Blues.
