The Blues’ four game winning streak may have been snapped on Saturday night, but the point streak is alive and well. The Ducks, who are in last place in the West, are a good team for the Blues to face to make sure that point streak continues.
The Ducks are 4-6-0 in their last ten, which isn’t good, but also not completely horrible. They’re 10-11-3 on the road, which is kind of respectable. Why do I mention this? Because if the Blues lighten up their attack tonight, there’s a chance they don’t continue the point streak.
With Vladimir Tarasenko back, there shouldn’t be an opportunity for the Blues to not continue playing the way that they have. Nine out of ten possible points in their last five games is damn good. That’s how you get into the playoffs.
Beating the bad teams is another way.
This is your GameDay Thread. Comment like you care more about the David Backes retirement tour than the Ryan Miller retirement tour.
Let’s do this. Let’s Go Blues.
