Blues forward T.J. Oshie will more than likely sit out tomorrow's home game.

It's never good when a player gets injured, regardless of if they're a core player or a 4th line sub-in guy. The Blues tend to have a knack for having more of the former get injured throughout a season than the latter. Look at the list: Jamie Langenbrunner, Vladimir Tarasenko, Alex Steen, Andy McDonald, and now T. J. Oshie. Unfortunately for the Blues, they may be short every single one of those five players tonight against the Phoenix Coyotes.

No further concrete updates have come out of the Blues other than that he is listed as "day-to-day." No information on possible call-ups has been released either, though if you see that the Blues have recalled someone from Peoria, Oshie's more than day to day. Call-ups are never a good sign.

The Blues lost Oshie to a hit in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the San Jose Sharks.

T.J. Oshie was injured yesterday during the Blues' tilt against the San Jose Sharks, and left the game without returning. Here's a clip of the hit:

The Blues were mum on the nature of the injury, with word leaking out that it was the dreaded "upper body" injury. Usually that's a sign it's a concussion, but not this time.

The Blues will be releasing some info about the injury at 12:00 or so. Check back with Game Time around then to figure out what's going on with the Blues' star forward. The Kid Line reunion certainly didn't last as long as many fans hoped that it would last night, which is unfortunate considering the pressure they applied to the Sharks before the injury.
